Shipping policy
Shipments leaving Canada may be assessed brokerage, duty, tariffs, taxes and/or other fees upon importation to the destination country. If applicable, any and all of these costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any shipments which are refused entry into the destination country and are returned to Oak Club Mfg will not be refunded the original and/or return shipping/import costs incurred.
US CUSTOMERS- Presently, (Aug 29, 2025) US orders are provided with a USMCA certificate which should exempt them from IEEPA tariffs on finished product values. Section 232 Tariffs on raw materials origin country (Steel & Alum tariffs) may still be applicable based on the material content of each product. Brokerage, duties, taxes, etc. that existed prior to these recent US import changes are expected to remain. If applicable, any and all of these import costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
