US CUSTOMERS
Presently, (Aug 29, 2025) US orders are provided with a USMCA certificate which should exempt them from IEEPA tariffs on finished product values. Section 232 Tariffs on raw materials origin country (Steel & Alum tariffs) may still be applicable based on the material content of each product. Brokerage, duties, taxes, etc. that existed prior to these recent US import changes are expected to remain. If applicable, any and all of these import costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any shipments which are refused entry into the destination country and are returned to Oak Club Mfg will not be refunded the original and/or return shipping/import costs incurred.

*update regarding UPS Import Invoices:
Due to the recent removal of De Mininis exemption, each order entering the US is now subjected to an import process which involves reviewing details about the products, including their values, origins and material content.
As this new change has taken effect, UPS has struggled to properly determine import tariffs and duties based on product and material content values we have provided to them, sometimes resulting in a larger import bill than anticipated. Please note - this amount CAN BE disputed prior to delivery and payment. If you have recently received a large UPS import invoice, and your products are NOT YET DELIVERED, please reach out to us so that we can assist in having the invoice disputed and revised.
