International Shipping
Shipments leaving Canada may be assessed brokerage, duty, tariffs, taxes and/or other fees upon importation to the destination country. If applicable, any and all of these costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any shipments which are refused entry into the destination country and are returned to Oak Club Mfg will not be refunded the original and/or return shipping/import costs incurred.
US CUSTOMERS
New US import tariffs on various Canadian manufactured products, including gym equipment, took effect Aug 22, 2026, regardless of their compliance with the USMCA free trade agreement.
Shipping pricing for Oak Club products into the US do not include US tariff costs at this time. These costs will be determined on a case by case basis once and order is placed, and the customer will be notified prior to shipping if any additional information or payments are required.
Effective November 30, 2026, US CBP requires every entry into the US to report the Tax ID/SSN of the US Consignee. This new requirement is for every entry regardless of value. If your order is placed with a US shipping address, our team will reach out to you prior to shipment requesting your EIN/SSN/CBP number. This number must be provided before your order can be shipped.
