Due to high demand and constantly changing supply chain conditions, most of our products are manufactured on a built to order basis. Typically you can expect manufacturing lead times for standard attachments and accessories to be 1-2 weeks, and racks to be 3-4 weeks. If you require items by a specific date, please contact our team prior to ordering so that we can confirm it will be achievable.
Yes! Alternative colors are available. Most basic and in-stock colors carry an additional cost of typically $50-$100 CAD depending on the product, and usually a 1-2 week additional lead time. If you have further questions on availability and costs of specific colors, or would like to place a customized product order, please contact our team directly.
Typically, yes we can. The cost to do so and the availability to do so differs from our standard products and depends on each individual product and our manufacturing loading at the time of purchase. Attachments that can be produced in 5/8 inch hardware carry a customization cost of typically $50-$100 CAD depending on the product, and usually a 2-3 week additional lead time. We produce many custom built products and not all of them are made available on the website as a standard product for purchase. If you have serious interest in purchasing a product you saw featured but not available for purchase as a standard item please contact our team directly for a quote.
Customized storage and rack solutions can vary greatly in cost from one client to the next. Each custom build is quoted based on individual design requirements including but not limited to overall size, features, colors, branding, etc., along with current market conditions and raw material costs. Likely, yes. Our online store will calculate shipping rates automatically for Canada and USA destinations. If you live outside of these countries and have serious interest in purchasing a product please contact our team directly for a shipping quote. Please note, shipments leaving Canada may be assessed brokerage, duty, taxes and/or other fees upon importation to the destination country. If applicable, these costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any shipments which are refused entry into the destination country and are returned to Oak Club will not be refunded the original and/or return shipping costs incurred.
The Freight TBD shipment method upon checkout indicates that your order's total weight has exceeded the limit of our online store calculator and will require a custom freight quote. Any orders submitted with this shipping option selected will be invoiced the actual freight costs at the time of order shipment. This invoice must be paid in full prior to the order being released to the carrier from our facility. If you would like a freight estimate prior to submitting your order, please contact our team directly. Please note, freight quotes depend heavily on market conditions and can fluctuate over time. A freight quote given at time of order submittal may not be accurate at the time of shipment.
